7th Pay Commission: Starting Salary Likely to be recommended at Rs. 23,000; Fitment Factor to Rise around 2.70

The Empowered Committee of Secretaries Panel reviewing the Recommendations of Seventh Central Pay Commission and submitted the Report to the Government. The Government shall prepare the Cabinet note for presenting this note in Cabinet for Final Approval of the Seventh Central Pay Commission Report. 

The recommendations by Empowered Committee of Secretaries have said Minimum Pay as well as Fitment Factor also likely to be rise in the Seventh Pay Commission. 

As per Sources that Fitment Factor likely to be hiked from 2.57 to 2.70, this is recommended by the 7th Pay Commission.
